The New York Jets have brought back Ellis Lankster and in all likelihood Dee Milliner will see some action on Sunday
Bryan Bulaga, the right tackle for the Green Bay Packers is playing hurt.
The New York Jets are a top-three defensive front, and when Bulaga was hurt in the Packers season opener at Seattle, the Seahawks totally dominated the right side of the Green Bay line. This is where Wilkerson comes in.
Bulaga, is expected to play Sunday with a strained knee ligament, facing Wilkerson who is one of the most underrated defensive players in the NFL.
Bulaga would have to be 100 percent healthy to have a good chance to win this battle in the first place, obviously he’s not.
Aaron Rodgers is probably going to be getting the ball out quicker than he’d like. If Wilkerson dominates the line of scrimmage, this could be to be a down to the last whistle game.
The Jets will keep the Packers busy with their “3 headed monster” running game, long enough to get the ball to their dependable receivers; Kerley and Decker then attack the middle with Amaro and Cumberland.
If the Jets defensive backfield can add to the pressure the D-Line will be handing out, the Jets should enter week three at 2 – 0.
